Plymouth Creek Christian Church is reaching out to others by actively participating in outreach ministries through IOCP (Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners), Home Free Shelter, Minnesota Foodshare, the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches, the Christian Church in the Upper Midwest, Church (Disciples of Christ) in the United States and Canada, as well as responding to many other needs as they arise.
