PCCC Community Garden

2011 marked the first year for the PCCC Community Garden. We are pleased to offer land to community members who otherwise might not have the chance to garden

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP)

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is a nonprofit provider that changes the odds for families in need. IOCP responds to people’s basic needs for food, housing, child care, employment, transportation, and connections to community resources.

Each year IOCP serves more than 1,500 families and individuals living in Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth, and Wayzata..

People Responding In Social Ministry (PRISM)

PRISM is a community-funded social service agency that provides families in need with food, financial assistance, transportation and other services in times of financial hardships.

Week of Compassion

Week of Compassion is the relief, refugee and development mission fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the United States and Canada. WoC seeks to equip and empower disciples to alleviate the suffering of others through disaster response, humanitarian aid, sustainable development and the promotion of mission opportunities.

Feed My Starving Children

Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals formulated specially for starving children, and we ship the meals to more than 60 countries around the world.
