Rev. Shane Isner is proud to be the pastor of Plymouth Creek! He graduated from Colorado College
(B.A. in Philosophy and Music), the University of Chicago Divinity School (Masters of Divinity, M.Div.),
was ordained at Iglesia del Pueblo Christian Church in Hammond, IN, served his first two years in ministry
as a Pastoral Resident on staff of a 1000 member congregation in Lexington, KY, and in August 2008,
came to be the minister of this congregation. Since then, he’s overseen many aspects of church growth in
vibrant worship, church attendance and participation, community service and vision creation, has a passion
for leadership development and reaching out to families and young adults,
represents PCCC on several community boards
(Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners and the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches), and serves our church’s
region in both its camping ministries and its Commission on Ministry. He loves to write, cook, run, obsess about the
Denver Broncos, ski whenever he’s able,
play with his dog Fawkes, read history and counts as his greatest blessing-
indeed his first and best calling- being married to an amazing, strong, intelligent and hilarious woman, Rev. Tabitha Isner.
And he loves to grab coffee or happy hour with folk to talk about PCCC, religion, life, football, Jesus, whatever.
So email or come to church, and say "Hi"
Jeremae Francis is our wise and faithful Music Minister. A professional church musician for 30+ years,
Jeremae directs the Chancel Choir, accompanies every service with her dynamic piano skills
(frequently displaying an old-timey, barroom style all her own) and provides creative oversight to the
vision and implementation of our musical ministrations. Comfortable with a musical vocabulary that ranges from
Bach to the Blues, Jeremae nurtures the musical gifts of our congregation with relevance and grace -

instuments on which she is well versed.
